For the internal processing of your data, DONNOLA SE, ID 29362733 (hereinafter referred to as NAUTIC LOAN), as the controller, will process the personal data provided by you (or obtained from public sources), in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The processing of personal data will be ensured through its electronic systems.
By filling out our form, you provide the controller with your personal data for the purpose and for the duration of the implementation of the entire business case. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the relevant rights - to access personal data, to correct or supplement inaccurate or false personal data, to delete personal data if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if you find that they have been processed unlawfully, to restrict the processing of personal data in special cases, to data portability and to raise an objection, after which the processing of your personal data will be terminated, unless it is proven that there are serious legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests or rights and freedoms, in particular if the reason is the possible enforcement of legal claims, and to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
WHO WILL HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR DATA We verify the data you provide without exception, either with the institutions that issued the data or in registers to which we have access. Your data is handled exclusively by our employees and is sufficiently secured against leakage outside our internal data management system.
The exception is documents certifying ship insurance. We send these documents for independent assessment to the Austrian insurance company GRAWE, which specializes in insuring river and sea vessels. The assessment of the quality of ship insurance is carried out on the basis of a contract concluded between NAUTIC LOAN and the insurance company GRAWE, which also includes an NDA, and the process is carried out in our name and on our behalf without your participation. The result is then used by our internal department when assessing your application for short-term financing through NAUTIC LOAN.
However, a poorly concluded insurance policy for your boat will not be a reason for rejecting your application for financing if you use the negative finding of the GRAWE insurance company to take out additional insurance and eliminate the identified shortcomings of the original policy.
